Our KDN Bulgaria Cloud Services unit is focused on designing, building, securing and managing cloud native & hybrid platforms for the KPMG group of member firms, as well as providing cloud advisory and engineering services to external clients.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Design, operation and continuous development of our internal and external Citrix infrastructure
  • Provision and operation of VDI applications and desktops across different security zones
  • Implementation of security, hardening and compliance requirements in line with best practices
  • Handling of incidents, service requests and change requests
  • Participation in second-level support
  • Active involvement in the operation of on-premises and cloud services
    (including Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, networking) – explicitly encouraged
  • Willingness to participate in recurring on-call duties

What you bring in: 

  • Completed degree in Computer Science / IT 
  • Several years of experience in operating and developing Citrix environments (e.g. deployment and maintenance of session hosts, NetScaler/ADC, FAS)
  • Broad IT knowledge with a holistic understanding of Microsoft environments, security and basic networking
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • High level of flexibility and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Advantageous: Citrix and Azure/Microsoft certifications (e.g. CCE-V, CCP-V, AZ-104, AZ-305)
