Your Responsibilities: 

  • Support our customers on their digital transformation journey enabled by Oracle Technology.
  • Assist business and IT users in designing, implementing, and adopting new Oracle solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior KPMG Oracle Experts and Project Managers across diverse project activities, gradually taking on more independent responsibilities.
  • Engage in requirements gathering, solutioning, testing, training, and cut-over support.
  • Participate in data migration activities and provide end-user support post go-live.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
  • Implement PMO standards, methodologies, and tools to enhance project delivery.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports and KPIs.
  • Facilitate project reviews, risk assessments, and post-implementation evaluations.
  • Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the project portfolio.
  • Coordinate PMO communications and support training initiatives for project teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools. 

What you bring in: 

  • 2–5 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role.
  • Relevant experience with Oracle (cloud) Technology is considered an advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies.
  • Strong affinity with IT and digital transformation.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
  • A proactive “can do” mentality and enthusiasm for challenging tasks.
  • Willingness to travel and work with diverse teams and cultures.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
