Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate projects in alignment with PMO standards, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Apply established PMO methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks to maintain consistency across projects.
  • Manage project planning activities, including:
    • Defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Developing and maintaining project schedules and resource plans.
  • Oversee project execution, including risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project reviews, risk assessments, and lessons-learned sessions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PMO processes and tools.
  • Coordinate PMO communications and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing activities.

What you bring in:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft products - ADO, M365, Ms Project
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, applying PMO standards and governance.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Interest in digital solutions and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams.
