Overview:

KDN Bulgaria LLC is looking for a dynamic individual to join and help the firm to ensure that the Firm and its personnel are in compliance with Professional, Regulatory, and KPMG risk management policies and procedures. The role will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the quality of deliverables, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and meeting business expectations within the Global Delivery Centre (GDC).

The Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality and risk management, a strong understanding of Systems of Quality Management (SoQM) and KPMG Quality and Compliance Evaluation (KQCE) processes, and a proven ability to work effectively within a team. They will play a key role in supporting QRM's activities within the KDN's overall strategic direction.

The role will also be focused on activities associated with the planning, execution, evaluation and reporting of results of the Firm’s internal Quality Performance Review (QPR) program. The focus of the program is the evaluation of engagement quality, issue analysis and action plan development, implementation and monitoring, to drive continuous improvement in quality.

As a Quality and Risk Management Advisory Senior Associate you will focus on:

  • Support the management team across all QRM issues, serve as liaison to KDN QRM Leadership
  • Assist GDC teams with questions about engagement setup and contracting.
  • Consult with GDC Leadership about compliance with GDC, KDN and Network policies
  • Support the GDC in meeting KDN quality expectations.
  • Work with KDN QRM team to incorporate GDC activities into all KQCE, SoQM and ERM monitoring programs
  • Assist in driving KDN compliance with Global Quality Risk Management policies
  • Assist with preparing, tracking, and maintaining documentation for SoQM/KQCE processes
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and control timelines
  • Assist with the coordination of the annual independent testing process over KDN KQCE documentation
  • Support the annual KDN risk assessment process
  • Identify potential process and control improvements and work with the relevant owners/operators to design and implement such improvements
  • Monitor and communicate relevant global communications and information to others within KDN with SoQM and KQCE responsibilities
  • Support a range of other QRM initiatives and strategic priorities

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree within business administration, risk management or related field
  • ACCA/CA/CIA/ ISO9001/Quality management certification is an advantage
  • 4-5 years relevant experience of which at least 3 in compliance, risk management, or quality-related functions
  • Strong risk management awareness
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Experience operating globally and cross-functionally
  • High aptitude for learning new systems/technology and in leveraging AI to drive efficiency
  • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills and ability to respond to inquiries with professionalism
  • Аttention to detail and ability to generate high quality deliverables
  • Аbility to maintain confidentiality of data
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
