About the role

The IT Sales Support Specialist provides essential operational and administrative support to the Business Enablement team. This role is responsible for managing sales documentation, coordinating client-related processes, and contributing to performance tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting sales activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage contract creation processes.
  • Support Account Managers with client engagement and operational tasks.
  • Resolve issues related to customer orders, accounts, and service delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and sales enablement materials.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven insights.
  • Contribute to sales opportunity analysis.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT sales support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Solid understanding of sales operations and customer service practices.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
