The Senior Manager Dynamics 365 is responsible for the establishment, proper planning and delivery management in the Dynamics 365 department, which includes, but is not limited to project planning and execution, headcount planning and recruitment, knowledge growth and development, utilization management, etc. 

Your Responsibilities:  

         Practice Leadership & Strategy 

  • Define and execute the roadmap for our Dynamics 365 capability, aligned with business goals and market demand. 

  • Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and delivery teams to shape go-to-market strategies. 

  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and relocation strategies to build a world-class team. 

  • Align our local capability strategies with the wider KPMG Deliver Network Dynamics Practice leadership

    Client Engagement & Pre-Sales

  • Lead responses to RFPs, including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development. 

  • Partner with sales and account teams to position Dynamics 365 solutions that solve real client problems. 

  • Represent the practice in client meetings, workshops, and executive briefings.

    Project Governance & Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee ongoing Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. 

  • Identify delivery gaps, propose improvements, and implement best practices across engagements. 

  • Ensure adherence to our proprietary delivery methodologies and Microsoft’s standards.

    Capability Development

  • Establish knowledge-sharing frameworks, training programs, and certification paths for the team. 

  • Stay ahead of the curve on Microsoft’s roadmap, industry trends, and emerging technologies. 

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

What you bring in:  

  • Proven track record of building or scaling a Dynamics practice or delivery team. 

  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, implementation lifecycle, and integration patterns. 

  • Experience in responding to RFPs, leading pre-sales engagements, and crafting winning solutions. 

  • Deep knowledge of project governance, delivery methodologies (Agile, Sure Step, etc.), and risk management. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills—able to engage with C-level clients and internal executives alike. 

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solution Architect) are a strong plus. 

  • Experience in a consulting or IT services environment is essential. 

  • Pro-active team player who will be an ambassador for the Dynamics 365 department in the KPMG Delivery Network 

  • Fluent English, German and/or Dutch would be considered an advantage 

  •  Ability to travel abroad on business trips

  • Experience with Power Platform, Azure services, or third-party ISVs.

  • Exposure to global delivery models and cross-border team management.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific Dynamics solutions (e.g., retail, manufacturing, finance).
